The Hewling Apartments are contemporary designed inner city apartments with all living and bedroom spaces capturing the sun.

The Apartments feature a open plan living area with a galley kitchen, lounge area and dining space to the top floor. The living space opens up onto a north facing balcony via generous glazed sliding doors.

​

 

All three bedrooms are also north facing. The main bedroom features walk-in-wardrobe and ensuite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom on the same level.

​

 

The Apartments require a low level of maintenance with concrete and profiled Colorsteel wall claddings, double glazed aluminium framed windows and external doors.

​

 

The interior is a combination of contemporary loft style materials. Bare-face insulated concrete panels are offset by laminated natural timber stair, landings and stairwell core walls  along with painted plaster board walls and ceilings.
